Students learn to use essential tools such as RACI matrices, skills mapping, SMART goals, OKRs, Gantt charts, and risk assessment grids, while integrating forward-thinking models like “Start with Why,” first principles thinking, and the “Working Backwards” method.
The course bridges classical project management techniques with the demands of modern innovation ecosystems.
